1) Heart
The BFI believe that society needs stories. Film, television and the moving image bring them to life, helping us to connect and understand each other better. We share the stories of yesterday, search for the stories of today, and shape the stories of tomorrow. Tell us about why this appeals to you?
2) Strategic perspective
Our vision is to transform access to our programmes, to screen culture and jobs. What does “transform access” mean to you? What opportunities and challenges do you think this presents the BFI and you in this role?
3) Capability
The BFI is many things, a charity, a lottery distributor, a digital platform, a venue, an extension of the government. Tell us about a time when you have had to work with this sort of breadth, and how you approached to it.
The BFI promotes and supports flexible working. This role can be based anywhere in the UK. Planned travel to BFI sites will be required, including to its HQ in London.
