2. As part of its transformational journey 38 Degrees is currently undergoing a culture change project. We are seeking a Chief Executive who will inspire others and enable a supportive, open and collaborative environment.
Can you provide an example from your career which demonstrates your ability to drive positive culture change and engagement and what you learned from this experience?

3. The Chief Executive Officer will play a vital role in leading the strategic direction of the organisation.  We are currently developing our 5 year strategy which will require implementation.
Please provide an example of where you have supported the development of a strategy and implemented organisation wide strategic change as a result of a new strategy. Tell us about your approach, the challenges you faced, the impact and how you engaged staff at all levels.
