  • An experienced operational manager, successful in managing high-volume operational processing and/or case work team/s.
  • A solid track record of ‘managing managers’ and teams of a comparable size (from any sector).
  • Able to build trust and credibility quickly and have a strong record of people management; with an emphasis of leading teams through organisational change.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service – each and every time.
  • Excellent operational delivery experience gained within an SLA/KPI driven environment.
  • A focus on performance – both of the function and your team.
  • The ability to engage, motivate and coach team leaders and managers.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills and experience.
  • An understanding of a risk-based regulatory framework applies in practice.

Desirable

  • Knowledge and experience of legal services regulation.
