- Raising awareness of child morning hunger is part of Magic Breakfast’s strategic plan. Our new Chief Executive will need to articulate the vision and ambition to external audiences in a compelling way to promote engagement with the cause. Please tell us about a time you played a significant ambassadorial or spokesperson role for an organisation that resulted in systemic change. How did you achieve this?
- Fundraising is critical for Magic Breakfast to continue to achieve our ambitious plans. Please tell us about a time when you have played a significant role in securing major income and how you achieved this.
- The Chief Executive will play a vital role in leading the strategic direction of the organization. We currently are in year 2 of a 5-year strategy which requires scaling up the organisation. Please provide an example of where you led the development and delivery of organisation wide strategic change to support growth/scale up. Tell us about your approach, the challenges you faced, the impact and how you engaged staff at all levels.
