Can you provide an example from your career which demonstrates your ability to drive positive culture change and engagement and what you learned from this experience?
  3. Raising awareness of child morning hunger is part of Magic Breakfast’s strategic plan. Our new Chief Executive will need to articulate the vision and ambition to external audiences in a compelling way to promote engagement with the cause. Please tell us about a time you played a significant ambassadorial or spokesperson role for an organisation that resulted in systemic change. How did you achieve this?
  4. Fundraising is critical for Magic Breakfast to continue to achieve our ambitious plans. Please tell us about a time when you have played a significant role in securing major income and how you achieved this.
  5. The Chief Executive will play a vital role in leading the strategic direction of the organization. We currently are in year 2 of a 5-year strategy which requires scaling up the organisation. Please provide an example of where you led the development and delivery of organisation wide strategic change to support growth/scale up. Tell us about your approach, the challenges you faced, the impact and how you engaged staff at all levels.
