Our salary band is between £85,000 to £100,000, negotiable depending on skills and experience.


The Institute offers the following benefits package:

Annual leave

On joining – 25 days

After 2 years’ service – 26 days

After 3 years’ service – 27 days

After 4 years’ service – 28 days

After 5 years’ service – 30 days

Death in service payment

This is an automatic benefit and provides 4 x salary to nominated beneficiaries.

Permanent health insurance

This is an automatic benefit and provides, subject to the Scheme rules, income replacement

of up to 75% of salary in the event of long-term incapacity to work.

The Institute pays 90% of normal salary for the first 12 weeks instead of 90% for the first 6


Enhanced paternity pay

The Institute pays two weeks full pay instead of two weeks at statutory pay.

Shared parental leave

The institute pays 90% of normal salary for a maximum of 12 weeks.
