Knowledge and experience

  • Credible knowledge and understanding of our sector and how to position the LI to create opportunities for our members and deliver public benefit.
  • Transferable experience in leadership as a CEO.
  • Proven experience of working within a complex, and highly political environment.
  • Experience of senior management of a membership organisation, professional body or similar type of charity.
  • Track record in service delivery.
  • Knowledge of charity or not for profit organisations and governance.
