The Board and new recruits

The Board currently consists of Chair and Trustees appointed both for their prior professional experience and for their commitment to the mission and values of change grow live.  The skills include:

  • Brand and marketing
  • Criminal justice
  • Civil service
  • Social care and safeguarding
  • Finance and entrepreneurship
  • Academia
  • Clinical

We are now particularly looking for expertise in:

  • Audit/Finance (specifically also to lead this sub-committee of the Board)

We aim to recruit individuals whose values match those of the organisation and the current Board.

On the issue of Diversity, we are keen to go beyond the standard goal of increasing ethnic and age diversity.  We therefore wish also to access and learn from an “Expert by Experience” cohort through a combination of difference in background and views but commonality of values, achievements and ambition.

Applicants should be aware that we conduct a three-phase interview process with a traditional interview supplemented by a session with a panel of service users and a values based interview undertaken with members of the change grow live workforce.
