Magic Breakfast’s pension plan is provided by NEST, with auto-enrolment after 3 months of employment; standard employer’s contribution is 4% but this increases on a sliding scale dependant on the employee contribution as set out below:
Annual Leave is 25 days per annum plus 8 Bank Holidays.
Working from home until government advice is otherwise and then the CEO will be based at one of our two London office locations – 190 High Holborn and/or Saint Magnus House, 3 Lower Thames Street. There will be some travel within the UK, for example to visit our breakfast clubs in schools nationwide.
This is a permanent full-time appointment although we will consider flexible approaches to its fulfilment.
35 hours per week with flexible working. The CEO may be expected to work occasional evenings and weekends as required to perform the role effectively, attend external events etc.
There will be a probationary period of six months during which time one month’s notice will apply on either side.
After successful completion of the probationary review, a minimum three months’ notice on either side.
The appointment will be subject to references and an enhanced DBS check.
